HOW TO TREAT DRY SKIN

Dry facial skin is one skin problem that affects people of all ages.
Dry and scaly skin is certainly hinder us to look attractive, especially for women. Visible effect of dry skin is the skin will look wrinkled, dull, and not fresh. Then what is the cause and how to solve it?


Dry Skin

Cause :
  • lack of certain nutrients, especially vegetables. If you are poor diet and do not contain enough nutrients then you can get dry skin.
  • Deficiency of vitamin E.
  • Bask too long in the sun without wearing a skin moisturizer that contains SPF 15 or higher.
  • working under continuous ac. 
  • Eczema, is a chronic skin condition that causes a rash. They can realize the whole body, and will be aggravated by cold air, chemicals, stress, water, and detergent.
  • Bathing in the water too hot or cold or just bathing too often can cause dry skin.




To prevent Dry Skin :



  • Regular exercise can make the body become healthier, as well as the skin. Dry skin can be caused by dead skin cells that accumulate because no sweat push it out. With regular exercise blood circulation, metabolism too smoothly.
  • Avoid environment or room that has a temperature too cold because it can cause your skin to grow dry.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, such as wearing a hat or using an umbrella when the weather is hot.
  • Select cosmetic products that do not contain harsh chemicals. If your skin is very sensitive, you have to buy special products made for sensitive skin.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day or 2 liters a day. moisturizes skin as it works, when lack of water can make the skin may break rupture or irritation of the skin.
  • Use a facial moisturizer and lip balm made from natural and contains SPF 15 or higher to prevent dryness of the face and lips from the sun. for example, such as olive oil.
